NAC made my dreams feel like 4K movies - anyone else?
Hey all, started taking NAC gummies about a week ago (600mg/day) and my dreams have been insanely vivid. Not scary, just like I'm watching a movie in 4K. Anyone else experience this? Not complaining, just curious if it's normal.
Haha, that's a known thing! NAC affects glutamate and can ramp up dream activity. Totally harmless though. Some people even use it for lucid dreaming. Enjoy the show!
I got that too! Also my pee smelled a bit weird, like sulfur. But hey, it's a sign it's working. I take mine in the morning now and it seems less intense at night.
Interesting. I've been on NAC for a while and never got vivid dreams, but I did notice my taste buds went a bit funky for a week. It went away. Maybe just your body adjusting. If it persists, maybe lower the dose?
