THREAD: NAC on sale at Costco - too good to be true or legit deal?Started by VibeVitamins872

Hey everyone! So I was at Costco yesterday and saw their Kirkland Signature NAC supplement on sale for like half the price I usually pay online. I'm always skeptical when things are this cheap - does lower price mean lower quality? Or is this actually a steal? I've been taking NAC for lung support since I quit smoking last year, and my kids get it during cold season too. Don't want to compromise on something that matters for our health!

Great find VibeVitamins872! As a fitness pro, I've used NAC for years to support glutathione production and recovery. Price doesn't always equal quality - sometimes big retailers like Costco can offer better deals due to bulk buying. Check the label: look for third-party testing seals (like USP or NSF), dosage per serving (usually 600mg-1000mg is standard), and if it's free from unnecessary fillers. Kirkland stuff is usually solid quality for the price point!

omg i literally just bought the same one last week! i teach yoga and recommend NAC to students for respiratory health and detox support. i compared the ingredients to my usual brand (which costs 3x more) and they're nearly identical. the kirkland one does have magnesium stearate which some people avoid, but for most it's fine. i'd say go for it - my energy levels have been great since switching! just listen to your body's vibes ✨

Digital nomad perspective here - I'm always looking for value without sacrificing quality. Costco's Kirkland supplements are generally well-regarded. The lower price is likely due to their massive scale and direct sourcing, not lower quality. I travel with NAC for immune support and bought the Costco version last month. Works just as well as the expensive brands I used before. Pro tip: check expiration dates in-store since they move inventory fast!
