Hey all, new to NAC. I started taking 600mg before bed for better sleep, and honestly I'm not sure if it's helping with that yet. BUT my skin looks amazing! Like clearer and brighter. Anyone else get that? Just a pleasant surprise I guess.

Oh yes! NAC is a precursor to glutathione, which is a master antioxidant. It helps detox the liver and reduce inflammation, so skin benefits are common. If you want to boost the sleep effects, try adding magnesium glycinate or apigenin. Glad you're seeing results!

I had a similar thing! Started NAC for respiratory support, ended up feeling way less stressed and my skin cleared up. It’s def over all a great antioxidant. Also reduces oxidative stress from the environment, so that might be helping too. :)

Nice! I’ve been taking it for a while for liver support (eco-toxin exposure lol). Didn’t notice skin changes but def feel less groggy in the morning. It's a solid supplement for many things. Keep at it, but maybe dose timing matters more for sleep vs skin? I take in the AM.
