Hey night crew! Just caught a study on PubMed about NAC for antioxidant support. Claims it boosts glutathione big time. But is it just another supplement fad? I work nights and my immune system is shot, so I'm desperate. Link: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12345678/

I've read that study too! It's legit - NAC is a precursor to glutathione, and there's solid evidence for its antioxidant properties. But don't expect miracles. The dosage in the study was pretty high (1200mg). Also check for bioavailability issues. What's your goal? General health or something specific?

Omg NAC is my holy grail! 💫 I use it for lung support and it's a game changer. But make sure you get a high-quality brand, not the cheap stuff. Some brands add fillers that don't absorb well. Also, cycle it - like 2 months on, 1 off. Hype? No way, it's science! 😉

Busy dad here. I tried NAC for a month and didn't notice much. But I was also drinking more coffee and not sleeping well. Maybe it works better with consistent sleep? Anyone else find it subtle?
