Headed to the mountains for a hiking trip, and I don't want to skip my NAC gummies. Worried they'll melt in my bag or get confiscated by TSA. Anyone have experience flying or road-tripping with these? Also, any storage tips for hot climates?

I've taken gummy vitamins on planes multiple times. TSA doesn't care about them - just put them in your carry-on, they're fine. I've never had them melt in my carry-on, but I've seen people store them in a cooler bag if you're worried. For hiking, maybe bring a small insulated pouch.

Actually, I'd suggest transferring them to a small plastic container or a silicone bag. The original bottle might get crushed. And if you're worried about heat, you can wrap them in a damp paper towel in a zip lock - keeps them cool for a while. I've done that for road trips.

I've never traveled with NAC specifically, but I take magnesium gummies. I just toss them in my backpack and they've never melted. But maybe avoid leaving them in a hot car. Also, TSA might pull them out if they're in a weird container? I'd keep them in the original bottle if possible.
