Hey guys, I'm heading on a road trip soon and want to bring my NAC gummies. But I'm worried they'll melt in the car in this heat. Also, any tips for TSA if I fly next month? I'm on a budget so I don't have a fancy cooler. Thanks!

I travel with gummies all the time for runs. For melting, just keep them in a insulated lunch bag with an ice pack - works even in summer. TSA hasn't given me trouble, I just leave them in my carry-on in the original bottle. No liquids issues obviously. Just don't bring a whole year's supply lol.

I've flown with NAC gummies multiple times. TSA doesn't care, they're solid. One time the officer even asked if they were tasty lol. For road trips, I use a small fabric cooler (like $10 at Walmart) and a reusable ice pack. Never had melting issues. Also, keep 'em out of direct sunlight in your car.

I'm a newbie with gummies so thanks for this thread! I was wondering the same thing for my hiking trip. I'll try the ice pack trick. Also, do you guys think the gummies lose potency if they get warm for a bit? Like if I'm hiking and it's hot?

Thanks everyone! Good to know TSA is chill. And the ice pack idea sounds cheap enough for me. @NatureNancy114 I heard they might get sticky but still work. I'd keep them in a ziplock just in case they start to sweat. Happy travels!
