Are these vitamins or just candy in disguise? The sugar in Omega-3 gummies is out of hand!

I get it, we're all busy and gummies are convenient. But seriously, I just checked the label on my 'healthy' Omega-3 gummies and there's like 4g of sugar per serving. That's basically candy. Why can't they just make pills? I'm trying to eat healthy, not sneak dessert.

Ken, I hear you. Back in my nursing days, we'd never recommend sugary supplements for our patients. But I've seen some brands use stevia or monk fruit. Maybe look into those? I take a liquid omega-3 myself—no sugar, just a little lemon flavor.

Honestly, as a night shifter, those gummies are the only reason I remember to take my vitamins. If it wasn't for the taste, I'd skip it. But I get the concern. Maybe try splitting the dose? Or brush your teeth after?

I'm with you, KaleKen. We need to teach our kids that supplements aren't candy. That's why I only buy the unflavored, sugar-free versions. They taste awful but my conscience is clear. Maybe we should start a petition for cleaner options?
