Just saw this article about the beauty supplements market hitting $6.6B by 2033. I've been taking gummy omega-3 for my skin and hair, and I swear it helps. Anyone else noticed benefits? Or is this just corporate hype?
Interesting numbers but I'm skeptical about gummies. I take a liquid omega-3 because my doc said gummies have less omega-3 per serving. But if it gets people to take them, I guess it's better than nothing. My wife takes the gummy kind and her nails are deff stronger.
I'll stick with my algae-based omega-3 capsules. Gummies usually have sugar or other fillers that mess with my Keto. But I see a lot of newbies at the gym talking about beauty gummies. The market growth doesn't surprise me.
