Hey everyone, sleep-deprived parent here (shocker, right?). I've been taking these omega-3 gummies for a few weeks now, but I'm always rushing in the morning. I usually take them with my giant mug of coffee while getting the kids ready. Is that okay? Or should I space them out? I'm worried about messing up absorption or something. Thanks!

Honestly, I'm skeptical about mixing supplements with stimulants like coffee. Coffee can interfere with nutrient absorption—I read that somewhere. Maybe take the gummies with breakfast instead? I give my kids their omega-3 gummies with their oatmeal, no coffee involved. Better safe than sorry, especially if you're already tired and might not notice side effects.

Granola parent checking in! I blend my omega-3 gummies into a smoothie with chia seeds and almond milk—no coffee, just wholesome goodness. Coffee's acidic; it might not pair well. Try having them with a healthy fat like avocado toast instead? Nature's way is usually best, and rushing with coffee sounds stressful for your system. Peace and wellness!

Tech gadget lover here—I use a supplement tracker app! It says omega-3 absorption is better with fats, and coffee might reduce it slightly. Not a huge risk, but maybe suboptimal. I take mine with a smartwatch reminder after lunch. If you're set on coffee, maybe add a splash of cream for fat? But spacing them out could be more effective. Data doesn't lie!
