My kid thinks Omega-3 gummies are candy!
So I’ve been taking these Omega-3 gummies for a few weeks now, trying to be healthier with my intermittent fasting. I left the bottle on the counter and my 5-year-old found them. He ate like 6 before I noticed! I freaked out but he was fine. Now he keeps asking for his “fishy candy”. Anyone else have this issue?
Haha, I can totally see that happening. To be fair, a lot of these gummies are basically candy with extra steps. I’m skeptical if they even work, but at least they taste good. Glad your kid was ok though!
Oh my goodness, I’m so glad he’s okay! As a grandma, I always keep my supplements locked away. My grandson once tried to eat my elderberry gummies, but he hated the texture. Have you thought about trying a different form? Maybe a liquid or chewable? My kids always were picky.
Thanks Holly! I might have to try the liquid, but I worry about the taste. The gummies are easy for me, but I guess I need to hide them better. UrbanUma, I’m with you on the skepticism, but I do feel a bit better since starting them. Maybe placebo, but hey.
