My kid thinks the Omega-3 gummies are candy… HELP!

So my 5-year-old snuck into the pantry and ate a whole handful of these omega-3 gummies. I freaked out but then remembered they’re basically just fish oil. Still, he had the runs for a day. Anyone else’s kids go gummy-crazy? How do you keep them out of reach?

LOL my wife did the same thing last week. She said they tasted like 'fruity fish' and now she won't touch them. I told her they’re for brain health but she’s not buying it. I just hide mine in a high cabinet now.

Honestly, the texture on some brands is kinda off-putting. I’ve tried a few that have that weird slimy coating. If your kid (or spouse) hates them, maybe try a different brand? Some are way smoother and actually taste good.

I had a similar issue but with my husband! He said they feel like eating a gummy bear that went bad. I started putting them in a bowl with regular gummy bears as a 'mix' and he ate them without noticing. Not the healthiest trick, but it works!
