Just read this: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/38279453/ . Claims high-dose omega-3 (2g/day) significantly reduces inflammation markers in sedentary adults. But sample size is only 60, and it's a single-arm trial. What do you guys think? Too good to be true?

I'm always sus of any supplement study that's not funded by independent orgs. Did you check who paid for it? 60 ppl is tiny. Also, sedentary adults—were they eating trash? Omega-3 can't fix a bad diet. I'd wait for a meta-analysis.

I take 3g daily and feel nothing tbh. But my coffee is where the real anti-inflammatory magic happens lol. Jokes aside, I'd try it myself before believing. Any side effects mentioned?

With zero sleep I'd take anything that claims to reduce inflammation. My joints crack like glowsticks. But if it's a single arm, placebo effect is real. Got a kid screaming at 3am? I'm the placebo.
