Just read this: 'Nourishing the network: How everyday foods fortify the nervous system against modern stress'. Makes me wonder if I should up my omega-3 gummy intake. As a sleep-deprived parent, my nervous system is shot. Thoughts?

Great article! Omega-3s are crucial for brain health, especially DHA for nerve cell membranes. Gummies are okay, but check the EPA/DHA levels – many have too little. Also, fatty fish beats gummies any day.

I'm skeptical. These articles always push supplements. Can't we just eat some walnuts or flaxseeds? Gummies are just candy with a health halo.

Agree with UrbanUma. Most gummies are loaded with sugar or corn syrup. Look for sugar-free or algae-based ones if you must. Real food is always better.

Thanks for the tips! I'll check my gummy's label. Maybe I'll try adding more fish – if my kids don't steal it first.
