Hey everyone! I just started taking these omega-3 gummies and I'm a huge coffee drinker. Is it okay to take them together in the morning? Any interactions? I've heard fish oil can have a blood-thinning effect, but with coffee, I'm not sure. Thanks!

I do intermittent fasting, so I take my omega-3 gummies with my first meal at noon, not with coffee. But honestly, I've had coffee with them on weekends and no issues. I think you're fine, just maybe watch if you have any stomach sensitivity. Coffee can be acidic, so maybe take the gummy after coffee?

OMG I live on coffee and take my omega-3 gummies every morning with my first cup! Never had a problem. I even double up with a multivitamin gummy. The only thing is, sometimes I get a fishy burp if I take them on an empty stomach. So maybe have a bite to eat first. But yeah, safe as far as I know!

Paleo here, so I avoid grain-fed stuff, but gummies are an exception lol. From what I've read, omega-3 and caffeine don't have any known negative interactions. But if you want to be extra safe, take them with a meal that has some healthy fats to aid absorption. Coffee might not be enough. Also, if you take blood thinners, maybe ask your doc, but otherwise, I'd say go for it.
