Hey all! I'm a marathon runner and I've been taking these omega-3 gummies for joint recovery. But I'm also a coffee addict ☕. Anyone know if it's safe to pop the gummy with my morning coffee? Or does the heat/caffeine mess with absorption? Thanks!

I'm also a runner and I take my omega-3 with coffee all the time. No issues for me. I think the heat from coffee isn't enough to degrade the omega-3s, and caffeine doesn't interact badly. But maybe take it with food to avoid stomach upset? Just my 2 cents.

Fitness pro here. Generally safe, but I advise taking omega-3 separate from coffee because caffeine can increase stomach acid and might reduce absorption a bit. Plus, some studies say fat-soluble vitamins (like D in some omega-3) absorb better with actual fat, so maybe pair with a fatty meal. 🤷‍♂️

Yoga instructor here! I've read that omega-3s can be taken with or without food, but coffee shouldn't affect them much. However, if you're sensitive to acidity, maybe wait 30 mins after coffee. Personally, I take mine with my green smoothie and it's fine. Trust your gut!

Thanks everyone! I think I'll try taking it with breakfast instead of coffee to be safe. Appreciate the advice! 🙏
