Just read this article about healthy fats. I've been pushing omega-3 gummies for my clients, but this makes me wonder if we're all overcomplicating it. Thoughts?

I love this! I've been taking omega-3 gummies for a year now and my skin is glowing. The article says to focus on whole foods, but for convenience, gummies are a solid option imo.

I try to get my kids to eat fish but they hate it. So omega-3 gummies are a lifesaver. The article is right that nuts and seeds are great, but my picky eaters won't touch them. Gummies work for us.

Yeah, I get that. But some gummies have a ton of sugar. I always check labels. For omega-3s, I recommend ones with EPA and DHA. What brands do you guys trust?

I use Nordic Naturals, but they're pricey. Heard good things about Nature's Bounty too. The key is looking for third-party testing.
