Started for sleep, stayed for the skin? Anyone else?

Hey all! So I started taking Omega-3 gummies about a month ago, mainly to help with sleep (I've heard it can help with that). But you know what? My sleep hasn't changed much, BUT my skin is looking amazing! Less breakouts, more glow. Anyone else experience something unexpected?

Whoa, that's cool! I'm on a budget, but I might have to try these. I've been having bad dry skin this winter. Do you think it's the omega-3 or just coincidence? How many do you take a day?

I'm skeptical. Correlation isn't causation. Could be any number of things. But I've read that omega-3s have anti-inflammatory properties, so MAYBE it could help skin. But if you're not seeing sleep benefits, maybe dosage or type? I'll stick to my fish oil pills, thanks.

@OrangeOscar262 I take 2 gummies a day, 500mg each. And @KaleKen735, I hear ya, but it was like a switch for me. I wasn't changing anything else. But everyone's different. Just sharing my story lol.

Hey @CitrusClaire590, thanks for the info! I might try it out. Even if it's just a placebo, if it makes me feel better, that's a win. And @KaleKen735, can you recommend a cheap fish oil brand? I'm open to all options but want to save money.
