Yo, so I hopped on the Omega-3 train about a month ago, mostly hoping it'd help me catch better Z's. But guess what? I haven't noticed any change in sleep, but my skin is looking way clearer. Like, I haven't had a breakout in weeks. Anyone else get weird benefits like this?

That's actually super common! Omega-3s are known for their anti-inflammatory properties, so they can really help with skin issues. Sleep benefits often take longer to show. I've been telling my followers about this for ages. Keep at it, the sleep might still come!

Wait, so it helps with skin? I might need to try that. I've been drinking coffee like it's water and my face is a mess. Does it also help with like, brain fog? Because I'm running on caffeine and prayers rn lol.

Haha, I feel you on the caffeine. And yeah, I think it might help with brain fog? I've been a bit sharper at work, but could be placebo. Also, my joints feel less creaky. It's like a whole body refresh.

PlantPat, definitely give it a shot! And yes, Omega-3s are great for brain health. Maybe cut back on the coffee a bit too? But I know that's tough lol. Mike, glad you're seeing benefits! Just stay consistent.
