Taking Omega-3 Gummies with my Morning Coffee – Yay or Nay?

Hey everyone! I've been taking these omega-3 gummies for a few weeks, and I usually wash them down with my morning coffee. Is that okay? I've heard mixed things about absorption with caffeine. Also, I sometimes take a vitamin D gummy at the same time – is that safe? Thanks!

Ooh good question! I've actually read that caffeine can slightly reduce the absorption of omega-3s, but it's not a huge deal. If you're really worried, wait 30 mins after coffee. But honestly, I've done both and still feel the benefits. As for vitamin D, they're both fat-soluble so taking them together with a meal (coffee with milk counts!) is actually ideal. Bro, you're overthinking it. I take my omega-3 gummies with pre-workout and a scoop of protein powder. Never had a problem. Unless you're taking like a million IU of vitamin D, you're good. Just make sure you don't exceed the recommended dose. If you're really worried, do the coffee first then the gummies after. Keep it simple! 💪

Thanks everyone! That's super helpful. I'll probably just stick to my coffee + gummies routine then, maybe add a little coconut oil to my coffee for extra fat. Glad to know vitamin D is okay too. You guys are lifesavers! 🙏
