Hey all! So I've been taking this new greens powder for about a week now, and I've been having the most insane, vivid dreams every night. Not bad, just super movie-like and detailed. Also, my pee is like neon yellow-green, which I know is probably the B vitamins, but the dreams are new to me. Anyone else experience this? Is it normal?

Oh yes, vivid dreams can totally happen with certain supplements, especially ones with B6 or adaptogens like ashwagandha. Your brain is processing more deeply during REM sleep. I actually find it kind of cool - I've started journaling my dreams! The neon pee is just excess riboflavin, no worries there. Maybe try taking your greens earlier in the day if the dreams are too intense.

Hey! I've had clients report the same thing. It's like your body is detoxing and your mind is clearing out. I always say embrace the dreams - they might be messages from your deeper self. Also, drink lots of water to help flush out those extra vitamins. Peace and love!

I don't take greens powders cause they usually have stuff I can't eat (like sugar or weird additives). But I've heard that the vivid dreams could be from the magnesium or the herbs. If it bothers you, maybe cut back on how much you take or switch to a whole foods approach. Just my two cents.

Totally normal. I've been making my own powdered blends for years - the dreams are usually from the combination of B vitamins and the liver detoxing. Bright urine = you're peeing out the extras, that's a good sign. If you want to dial down the dreams, try taking a lower dose or split it into two smaller doses. Hope that helps!
