Are gummy vitamins just candy in disguise?

Am I the only one who thinks these gummy vitamins are basically candy? I just checked my 'healthy' gummy multivitamin and it has 3g of sugar per serving. That's like a quarter of a gummy bear! Why can't they just make a powder without all the sugar? Convenience is not worth the sugar crash.

I hear you, but not everyone can choke down a powder. I've tried those greens powders and they taste like lawn clippings. Gummies at least get me to take my vitamins. But I agree, some brands go overboard. I look for ones sweetened with stevia or monk fruit.

As a digital nomad, convenience is king. I carry single-serve powder packets for electrolytes and collagen. No sugar, no hassle. But I get that not everyone is on keto. Each to their own, but maybe we should push for cleaner gummies.

@KetoKevin909 What powder brands do you recommend? I'm trying to cut sugar but still want something I can take on the go. And @OrganicOlivia44, I get that taste matters, but isn't health more important? Feels like we're being tricked by marketing.

Fair point, but for me it's the difference between taking them or not. I used to skip vitamins entirely because powders made me gag. Gummies are a compromise. But I do wish more companies would use sugar alcohols or natural sweeteners without the junk.
