Oh great, another 'revolutionary' delivery method. I'll stick with my gummies, thanks. Transdermal patches? Just sounds like a fad to me. Oral has worked for centuries, why mess with it? Pure collagen powder in my smoothie, that's real.

I remember when patches were the next big thing for vitamins in the 90s... and they flopped. But maybe tech's improved? I'd be curious to see if they actually absorb better. Still, I'm with GummyGuru519, oral is tried and true. Plus, the ritual of mixing your powder or chewing a gummy is part of the experience!

As someone who forgets to take their supplements half the time, a patch sounds kinda appealing. Slap it on and forget for 24 hours? Sign me up. But I'd want to see more studies on absorption rates. Link to the full report?

Honestly, for collagen, oral is king. Your digestive system breaks it down into peptides anyway, so topical or transdermal seems like it'd skip that step. But hey, if someone's got data proving otherwise, I'm all ears. For now, I'm chugging my post-workout collagen powder.
