Hey everyone! I'm going on a road trip next week and I'm planning to bring my gummy vitamins (multi + omega-3). But I'm worried they'll melt in the car if it gets hot. Also, what about TSA? Do they count as liquids? Any tips for hiking trips too? I don't want a sticky mess in my bag. Thanks!

Hey Zoe! I've traveled with gummies a lot. For TSA, they're not liquids, so you're fine in carry-on. But they can melt if it's hot. I usually put them in a small cooler bag with an ice pack if I'm driving. For hiking, I transfer them to a small silicone container and keep them in my pack's insulated pocket. Also, avoid leaving them in direct sunlight. Namaste!

OMG, I learned this the hard way. Left my gummies in the car on a 90-degree day and they turned into a giant blob. My kids were not happy. Now I always pack them in a ziplock with a silica gel pack (to absorb moisture) and keep them in the glovebox? No, that's hot too. Actually, I put them in the trunk? No, that's worse. I just bring them inside with me everywhere. It's a pain but better than a sticky mess. For TSA, I've never had an issue. Just make sure they're in their original bottle or a labeled container.

Dear, I've been traveling with gummies for years. The key is to keep them cool and dry. I use a small insulated lunch bag with a frozen water bottle. Works like a charm. As for TSA, I've never been stopped. But I always declare them just in case. And if you're hiking, put them in a hard container so they don't get squished. Also, check the label for storage instructions—some say keep below 77°F. Hope that helps!

Thanks everyone! I'll definitely get an insulated bag and some silica packs. And good to know about TSA. I'll keep them in my carry-on. Happy travels!
