Fiber finally getting some love? Protein's been hogging the spotlight!
Just saw this article: https://example.com/fiber-news. Talks about how fiber is gaining attention as nutrition priorities shift. It says for years protein was king but now fiber is stepping up. Thoughts, guys? I've been trying to up my fiber game but it's hard to find good supps.
Interesting! As a yoga instructor, I always tell my students fiber is key for digestion and energy. But on keto, it's tricky cause most high-fiber stuff has carbs. I use psyllium husk powder sometimes. Glad to see fiber gettin some respect!
Fiber is awesome for satiety too. I mix a lil in my morning smoothie and it keeps me full till lunch. I'm all about minimal ingredients so I just get plain inulin powder. No weird additives. Protein is great but fiber is underrated.
Yo, crossfit guy here. I need all the energy I can get, so I used to ignore fiber. But I started adding some to my pre-workout shakes and noticed less bloating. Big fan now. Plus it helps with recovery poop lol. What brand does everyone use?
