Just saw this article about fiber getting more attention. As a keto guy, I've always been wary of fiber supplements because of carbs, but maybe I need to rethink? What's the deal with fiber and keto?

Fiber is great for keeping things moving, if you know what I mean. But honestly, I'm more into caffeine for that morning kick. Fiber doesn't give you that jolt. But I guess it's good for overall health?

As someone who loves nature, I appreciate that fiber comes from plants. I've been mixing psyllium husk into my yogurt, and it's been a game-changer for my digestion. The article's right - we've been obsessed with protein, but fiber is like the unsung hero.

QuartzQuinn, haha, but I need both - I blend MCT powder for energy on keto, but now I'm wondering if I should add a fiber supplement too. YogurtYuri, does psyllium husk have carbs? I'm worried about my macros.

Noah, I think psyllium is mostly indigestible, so net carbs are low. But I'm not keto, so I don't track. However, I did read that fiber can help you feel full, which might help me cut down on my snack cravings. Maybe I'll try it - if it comes in a gummy form, I'm in!
