Just read this article about fiber getting more attention now. It says protein has been the star but fiber is finally getting its due. What do you all think? I've been adding fiber to my smoothies lately, but curious if this changes anyone's supplement routine.

Honestly, I've been ahead of the curve on this! I've been making my own gummies with psyllium husk and chia seeds for months. The texture is tricky but it's a game changer for digestion. It's nice to see the mainstream catching up!

As a mom, I'm all for it. My kids don't get enough fiber, and making sure they have regular digestive health is a priority. I've been adding fiber-boosted gummies to their lunchboxes. The article makes a good point about how protein was overhyped. Fiber is underrated for sure!

I'm a bit concerned about all these processed supplements. Isn't it better to get fiber from whole foods like fruits and veggies? I understand convenience, but I worry about my grandkids getting too many additives. I'd like to see more emphasis on natural sources rather than powders and gummies.

Great points, everyone! I think it's a balance. For me, it's about supplementing when my diet falls short. But I definitely agree that whole foods should come first. Thanks for the insights!
