My kid thought the gummy powders were candy!

So I just bought the new berry blast gummy powder for my 6-year-old. I turned my back for one second and he ripped open the packet and poured it in his mouth! He immediately made a face and spit it out, yelling 'This isn't candy!' Now he won't even look at the powder. Anyone else have a similar struggle? 😅

LOL that's hilarious! My spouse did the same thing with the orange flavor. He thought it was a pixie stick. Now I have to lock them in a drawer. Have you tried mixing it with yogurt or applesauce? That's the only way I can get my kid to take it.

Omg yes! My daughter calls the powder 'sour dust' and refuses to eat it straight. I've started blending it into smoothies with a banana, that masks the texture pretty well. Also, I made my own gummy recipe by mixing the powder with gelatin and water - it firms up and she thinks it's a treat. Win-win!

Smoothies sound perfect! I'll try that cause he loves his morning smoothie. Thanks for the tip, IndigoIris540! And DewyDaphne410, yeah I think I need a lockbox too 😂
