My kid thought the gummy vitamins were candy... chaos ensued!
So my 5-year-old found my stash of gummy vitamins and decided they were 'free candy' – ate half the bottle before I caught him. 😂 He was fine, but man, the sugar rush was real. Now I hide them in a locked box. Anyone else have near-disasters?
Dude, that's scary actually. I keep mine in a high cabinet because my wife's sweet tooth is worse than any kid's. She once almost ate a whole bottle of the elderberry ones thinking they were fruit snacks. Now we have a strict 'vitamins are not candy' rule in the house lol.
Haha, classic. I use powdered greens so no candy confusion for me. But try getting my kids to eat those – they act like I'm poisoning them. Texture's a huge issue in our house. Maybe try the chewable tablets? My niece likes the sour ones.
Thanks for the tip KetoKevin! Might try the sour type. And yeah PurePete, I'm thinking of getting a lockbox too. The little dude has ninja-level sneaking skills.
