Nano materials in gummy vitamins? What's the deal?

LunarLily706Just saw this article about nano materials. I wonder if they'll start putting that stuff in our gummies? Could make absorption way better for pre-workout. What you guys think?

CrystalCathy784I don't know... sounds risky. Nano particles are so small they could cross the blood-brain barrier or something. I'll stick to my regular gummies until there's more research.

TeaTina585I prefer traditional methods. Why mess with nature? My grandma's remedies work fine. Nano this, nano that... just give me a good old vitamin C gummy.
