Hey everyone, just came across this article and thought it was interesting given our discussions about protein sources. Here's the link and summary: "# The Tofu Era Is Upon Us: How This Ancient Protein Is Redefining Clean Eating A notable shift is occurring in the wellness and nutrition landscape, driven by a growing consumer preference for whole, plant-based proteins. Tofu is seeing a major resurgence as people move away from processed supplements and powders toward more natural options. The article talks about how traditional soy products are being reinvented in modern kitchens." What do you all think? Is tofu really becoming the next big thing in clean eating?

Ugh, not this again. Tofu is loaded with carbs and antinutrients that mess with your digestion. I tried going plant-based for a month last year and felt terrible - bloated, low energy, the works. Real clean eating means keto with quality animal proteins and maybe some collagen powder if you need extra. This 'tofu era' nonsense is just another trend that'll fade when people realize how much better they feel on real food.

Interesting article but I'm skeptical. As a mom trying to feed picky kids, I need practical solutions. Tofu might work for some adults, but getting my kids to eat it? Good luck. Plus, I worry about all the soy and hormones - there's so much conflicting info out there. I'll stick with our gummy vitamins and simple protein powders I can sneak into smoothies. At least I know exactly what they're getting.

Actually love this! We've been incorporating more tofu into our family meals - it's such a versatile protein source. My kids enjoy it in stir-fries and even blended into desserts. Much better than relying on processed powders all the time. That said, we still use our plant-based protein gummies for convenience on busy days. Balance is key! Anyone have good tofu recipes to share?

VibeVitamins872 - Balance? More like carb overload. Check the nutrition labels - tofu has way more carbs than people realize. And don't get me started on phytoestrogens. If you want plant protein, at least go for pea protein isolate or something actually designed for nutrition, not some ancient food that needs a PR makeover.
