Hey everyone, I just started using those Gummy Vitamins (the mixed berry ones) and I wanted to know if it's okay to take them with my coffee. I mean, is the heat from the coffee going to mess with the nutrients? I've read that some vitamins degrade at high temps. Anyone got any info?

I've been doing that for months. Coffee + gummy vitamins = my morning ritual. No issues here. I think the gummy melts a bit slower if you chew it first? But honestly, I just pop it in my mouth and wash it down with coffee. Probably fine.

Wait, are you talking about those gummy vitamins that are like, sugar bombs? I wouldn't worry about heat, but I'm more concerned about the sugar crash later. Maybe pair it with some protein? I take my gummies with my post-workout shake, and that seems to work better for energy.

Hmm, I'm a bit skeptical. Coffee is acidic and can affect absorption of some vitamins. I'd recommend waiting 30 minutes after coffee to take any supplements. Also, check if your gummy has fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) because coffee might not be the best pairing. Just my two cents.
