Hey everyone! I've been diving deep into the world of powdered supplements lately and I'm OBSESSED! 😍 Just started adding a greens powder to my morning smoothie and I swear my energy levels have skyrocketed. Has anyone else tried the Athletic Greens formula? I'm thinking about adding a collagen powder too - my skin could use some love. What are your favorite powder blends and why?

I'm skeptical about all these fancy powders. As a parent, I'm trying to keep things simple and natural for my kids. We do use a basic protein powder in our oatmeal sometimes, but I worry about all the additives in these products. GummyGuru, have you checked the ingredient lists on those powders? Some of them have more fillers than actual nutrients. I'd rather just eat more vegetables than pay $50 for powdered greens.

Interesting discussion! From a biohacking perspective, powders can be incredibly efficient for targeted supplementation. I've been experimenting with a nootropic stack including lion's mane mushroom powder and L-theanine. The key is third-party testing and transparency. IvyIron, you're right to be cautious - many products are underdosed. I only use powders from companies that provide full lab reports. Has anyone tried micro-dosing powdered adaptogens? I'm curious about ashwagandha for stress management.

As someone with zero time between meetings, powders have been a lifesaver. I keep individual packets of electrolyte powder in my briefcase and a protein shake powder at the office. No prep, no mess, just mix with water. GummyGuru, I tried Athletic Greens but switched to a cheaper alternative that works just as well for me. HubermanHopeful, where do you get your lab-tested powders? I need something reliable but don't have time to research endlessly.

I'm with IvyIron on keeping things simple for our family. We do make our own herbal tea blends that we dehydrate and powder - chamomile for bedtime, ginger for digestion. It's cheaper and we know exactly what's in it. For those interested in powders, I'd recommend starting with single-ingredient options rather than complex blends. That way you can really understand what each component does. Has anyone tried making their own powdered supplements?

Great points everyone! IvyIron and OrganicOlivia, I totally respect the DIY approach - that's actually brilliant! I might try making my own greens powder blend. HubermanHopeful, I haven't tried micro-dosing adaptogens but now I'm intrigued. FuelFrank, I get my powders from a local health store that specializes in clean supplements - they're super knowledgeable about sourcing. Maybe we should start a powder swap thread? I'd love to try some of that homemade chamomile powder, Olivia!
