So I started taking these melatonin gummies for my night shifts (3rd one this month, ugh). But after a week, I noticed my skin looks... clearer? Less blotchy? I didn't change anything else. Anyone else get side effects like this? Not complaining, just curious!

Oh honey, melatonin is a hormone! It can affect more than just sleep. I've read it acts as an antioxidant, which helps with skin. Plus, better sleep = less stress = better skin. So it's not that surprising. But if it works, enjoy it!

As a chef, I'm all about functional ingredients. I've seen gummies with collagen and biotin for skin, but melatonin doing that is cool. Maybe it's the other stuff in your gummies? Check the label for vitamin C or E. Could be synergistic. Anyway, if it works, it works!

I stay away from all that synthetic stuff. But I've known people who swear by melatonin for more than sleep. Just make sure you're not overdoing it. My doc said high doses can mess with your hormones. But if it's working for you, great!
