Anyone else get super vivid dreams from prenatal gummies?
Hey all! I've been taking these prenatal gummies (the strawberry ones) for about two weeks and I'm having the craziest vivid dreams. Like, I remember every detail and they're so intense. Is this normal? Anyone else?
Interesting you mention that. I've read that B vitamins, especially B6, can cause vivid dreams. Prenatals usually have a lot of B6. It's not harmful, just a side effect. Also, check if your gummies have melatonin? That can do it too.
Oh yes! I had the same thing. At first I thought it was just stress, but then I realized it started when I began taking the gummies. I actually kind of enjoy them now, it's like watching a movie every night.
Not dreams for me, but my urine turned bright yellow! I freaked out for a second but then remembered it's just the B vitamins. I feel like my taste buds have changed too... pickles taste different. Is that a thing?
