Anyone else get weird dreams on prenatal gummies?
Hey all, I started taking Nature's Blend prenatal gummies about a week ago and I've been having super vivid dreams every night. Like, full-on movie plot dreams that I remember in detail. Not scary, just... intense. Anyone else experience this?
It's probably the vitamin B6 or the folate. B6 is known to influence dream recall and vividness, and folate can affect neurotransmitter synthesis. Totally harmless, but common. I had the same thing when I took a B-complex.
I track my sleep with an Oura ring and noticed deeper REM cycles when I started gummies. The dreams are a bonus! I actually look forward to them now. Maybe try keeping a dream journal? Could be a creative outlet.
Lol yeah, I had that too! Also my pee turned neon yellow, which freaked me out at first but turns out it's just excess riboflavin. Guess it's a sign the gummies are working? Anyway, the dreams stopped after a few weeks for me. Hope that helps!
