Are prenatal gummies just candy in disguise?

I get that everyone wants convenience, but these prenatal gummies are basically candy. 4g of sugar per gummy? That's nuts. I'm trying to keep my keto diet strict, and these feel like a cheat code in a bad way. Why can't we get a sugar-free version?

I hear you, but sometimes you gotta compromise. I'm all about clean gains, but if gummies help people remember to take their vitamins, that's a win. I'd rather have someone getting their folate with some sugar than skipping it entirely. Plus, you can always brush your teeth after 💪

Ugh, I'm with KetoKevin on this. It's not just about sugar; it's the principle. We're turning supplements into junk food. There are plenty of sugar-free options out there; why aren't more companies making those? I've been using a liquid prenatal that's unsweetened and it works fine.

Nostalgic take: I remember when my grandma used to give me those chalky chewables and I'd hate them. Gummies are way more fun! But yeah, the sugar is concerning. Maybe a happy medium? Like, stevia-sweetened gummies? That would be the best of both worlds 🍊

Stevia could work, but then you might get the aftertaste. I just wish they'd offer a line without all the added sugar. For now, I'm sticking with my keto-friendly powder. But I feel like the industry is pushing gummies for profit over health, and that's what bugs me.
