Hey guys! I'm putting together a 'health pack' as a gift for my dad (he's 65) and my best friend who's a fitness nut. Wanted to include some prenatal gummies but I'm not sure which ones are good. Any recommendations? They're both pretty active.

Ooh, great idea! I love the SmartyPants Prenatal Complete. They've got folate, DHA, and even some vitamin D. Your dad might benefit from the extra bone support, and your friend will like the omega-3s for recovery. They taste great too!

Honestly, any prenatal with methylfolate is a win. I've heard Nature Made has a solid option. But if your friend is a caffeine fiend, maybe stick to ones without caffeine or added stims. Some prenatal gummies have a little caffeine which could mess with their sleep.

For a fitness-obsessed friend, look for gummies with iron or B12 for energy. I use the One A Day Prenatal Gummies – they have choline which is great for muscle function. Just warn them about the sugar content if they're super strict with diet.

From a medical standpoint, make sure they're getting enough folic acid (or methylfolate) and vitamin D. The Nature's Bounty Prenatal Gummies are a good budget option. But honestly, your dad might not need a prenatal-specific formula – a general multivitamin for seniors could be better. Just a thought!
