Hey everyone! I'm looking to buy a 'health pack' or some gummy vitamins as gifts. One is for my aging dad (70, active but slowing down) and another for my best friend (30, total gym nut). I've used prenatal gummies myself and loved them, but I know they're not one-size-fits-all. Any recs for which brands or combos might work for them? TIA!

Oh honey, that's sweet! For your dad, I'd look for gummies with extra vitamin D and B12 for energy and bone health. My hubby loves the 'Nature's Bounty' Adult Gummy line. For your friend, prenatal gummies actually have great folate and iron, which can help with recovery. But maybe a general multivitamin with electrolytes? 'Vitafusion' has a nice multi for men. Just check the iron content - too much can upset older tummies.

I agree with Holly! For your dad, I'd go with 'Persona' personalized packs - they're tailored! For the gym buddy, honestly, prenatal gummies are solid because of the iron and DHA. But if he's not gonna share, maybe the 'Garden of Life' MyKind organics for men? They're pricey but clean. Also, check if he takes protein powder - some combos can have too much vit A.

As a fitness guy, I say skip the prenatal if he's not preggo! 😂 Go for 'Ritual' Essential for Men - it has omega-3s, magnesium, and B12 for performance. For your dad, 'Qunol CoQ10' gummies are great for heart health, or 'Natrol' melatonin if he has trouble sleeping. But for a pack, 'Care/of' does a fun quiz-based pack. My parents love theirs!

These are all great! I'm leaning toward the Care/of pack for Dad since he likes personalized stuff. For my friend, maybe I'll get the Ritual men's - but I'm still tempted by the prenatal because of the extra folic acid. He does a lot of heavy lifting. Thanks everyone!
