Hey everyone! Just came across this article listing the top 9 prenatal vitamins recommended by OB/GYNs and moms. Curious what you all think—especially about the gummy options on there. I'm leaning towards gummies because I struggle with pills. Here's the link: [article link]. What's your experience? Any favorites among these?

Great find! I've tried a few on that list. The SmartyPants Prenatal Gummies are tasty but have a bit too much sugar for my liking. I ended up switching to the Nature Made Prenatal Gummies—they have a better nutrient profile and no artificial flavors. But honestly, if you can handle the taste of the ritual ones, they're top-notch. Just my 2 cents.

Interesting list but I'm always skeptical of 'best of' articles. I like to look at the actual ingredient amounts. The gummies usually have lower iron and calcium because they're hard to fit into a gummy. That's why I prefer capsules. But if you must do gummies, check they have methylated folate (not folic acid) and enough DHA.

As a yoga instructor, I see a lot of moms-to-be struggling with nausea. Gummies can be easier on the stomach than pills. I've heard good things about the Garden of Life prenatal gummies—they're organic and made from whole foods. But remember, consistency is key. Even if you pick a so-so gummy, taking it daily beats skipping a perfect pill.

I'm all about eco-friendly choices. The article didn't mention any that are plastic-free or sustainably sourced. I've been using the Baby & Me Truly Gummy by MegaFood—they come in a glass jar, and the company offsets carbon. But they are pricey. Anyone else care about the environmental impact of their supplements?
