Okay, so I've been taking prenatal gummies for a few months now. I started with the strawberry flavor and LOVED them. But my pharmacy only had the citrus ones this month, and I can't stand the taste! They're too tart or something. Is it just me? What's the generally accepted 'best' flavor out there? I need to know which brand to order next time. Help a preggo out!

I feel you! Flavor makes or breaks the prenatal gummy experience. I've tried a bunch, and for me, the Now Foods prenatal gummies in lemon-raspberry are the bomb. Not too sweet, not too tart. But honestly, I just make my own gummies with real fruit puree. You can control the flavor perfectly and even add a bit of ginger for nausea. It's a game changer if you're into DIY.

Bro, I'm not even pregnant, but my wife is and she's all about the Nature Made prenatal gummies. She says the berry flavor is the only one she can keep down. And as a gym rat, I really like that they have a decent amount of iron and B12 without the sugar crash. But yeah, citrus is a no-go for her too - maybe it's a pregnancy thing? Anyway, thumbs up for berry.

I'm all about no sugar, so I go for the Smarty Pants prenatal gummies that are sweetened with stevia. They have a lemon-berry flavor that's pretty balanced. But fair warning: some stevia-based gummies have a weird aftertaste. I've tried a few, and the NOW brand is the only one I don't get a bitter finish from. If you're watching your sugar intake (and who isn't?), that's the way to go.
