Flying with prenatal gummies? Will they melt? TSA?

Hey everyone! I'm going on a 4-hour flight next week and I need to bring my prenatal gummies. I'm worried about them melting in my carry-on (it's summer here) and also about TSA giving me a hard time. Anyone traveled with these? Any tips? I usually store them in the fridge. 😬

I’ve taken gummies on road trips before. They do get a little soft in the car, but they don’t fully melt. I’d say keep them in a cool part of your bag, maybe near the AC vent on the plane. TSA shouldn’t care—it’s just chews, no liquid. But if you’re worried, leave them in the original bottle with the label. I always do that on keto too. šŸ˜‰

Biohacker here. Heat can degrade some nutrients, especially in gummy form. I’d recommend using a small insulated bag with an ice pack (TSA allows frozen gel packs). Also, you could store them in a protein powder container to avoid questions. But honestly, TSA sees gummies all the time. Just keep it simple. Oh, and for hiking in hot weather? I’ve had them stick together but still edible. 🧬

Cheapest trick: put them in a pill organizer or a ziplock in your personal item (like a purse). They won’t melt in air-conditioned planes unless you leave them in a hot car for hours. I once brought a bunch on a budget flight and they were fine. Also, TSA doesn’t care as long as they’re not liquids. Safe travels! šŸ’ø

Thanks everyone! I’ll stick with the original bottle and put it near the AC vent. That makes me feel so much better. šŸ™ Probably way less stressful than meditating on the plane about melting gummies, haha.
