Hey everyone! Just saw this article about TopGum's new prenatal omega-3 gummy, OMG3. Seems like a big deal for those of us who struggle with swallowing those big fish oil capsules. What do you all think? Will this be a game changer?

Hmm, interesting! I always tell my clients that omega-3s are crucial during pregnancy for baby's brain development. But gummies can have added sugars and not all are created equal. Wonder what the sugar content is like? Also, are they actually getting enough DHA/EPA? I'd check the label. Keep in mind, some gummies have less bioavailability.

Yo, sugar-free advocate here! I'm skeptical. Gummies usually pack a ton of sugar, which expecting moms don't need. But if TopGum did it right with no added sugar or something, that could be cool. But I'd still prefer a high-quality omega-3 supplement in pill form. Anyway, let's see if they have a sugar-free option.

As a retired nurse, I've seen many women struggle with nausea and fishy burps from traditional omega-3s. A gummy could be a lifesaver for them. But I'm concerned about the dosage and if it's enough for pregnancy. Also, are they using fish oil or algae? I'd want to know the source. Still, it's nice to see more options in this niche.
