Prenatal Gummies = Vivid Dreams? Anyone else?
Hey all, started taking prenatal gummies a week ago (the ones with DHA). Since then, my dreams have been INSANE. Like, full-on technicolor movie plots every night. Not bad, just weird. Anyone else get this? Also my pee is neon yellow lol.
Yep, the B vitamins make your urine bright. Normal! As for dreams, I had those too. They faded after a few weeks. Might be the extra folate or iron? Keep going, they're worth it!
I'm on night shifts and my dreams are already messed up, so can't say for sure. But my taste buds changed - I crave pickles now haha. Maybe it's the prenatal magic.
I'm a guy so no prenatals for me, but my wife had the vivid dreams thing too. She said it was like IMAX every night. She switched to gummies with less B6 and it helped. Also, neon pee is just the riboflavin, no worries.
