Took prenatal gummies for sleep, but got glowing skin?! Anyone else?

So I started taking prenatal gummies a few weeks ago because I read they can help with sleep (the magnesium I guess?). But I've noticed my skin is looking... amazing? Like, I haven't changed anything else in my routine, but I'm getting compliments left and right. Is this a thing? Has anyone else experienced unexpected side effects (good ones) from prenatal gummies?

Whoa, that's cool! I've been taking them for the folate (trying to conceive), and I've definitely noticed less stress. I'm usually a ball of anxiety, but I've been more chill lately. Maybe it's the B vitamins? Anyway, I'm not complaining. But yeah, skin is a plus!

Not a doctor, but I've heard that prenatal vitamins are packed with biotin and other nutrients that support hair, skin, and nails. So it makes total sense! I take them occasionally for the extra iron and have noticed my hair grows faster. But careful with too much biotin if you're prone to breakouts. Just a heads up.

Haha, I remember my mom used to say that prenatal vitamins were the 'secret' to great skin back in the day. She swore by them even when she wasn't pregnant. So you're not alone! I'm thinking of trying them for that reason alone, but I'm a guy... is that weird? Might ask my doc first.
