Just read this week's Nutraverse and saw the bit about prenatal supplements in Cambodia. Kinda concerning how some regions don't have proper regulation. As a mom who's been through the prenatal vitamin jungle, I wonder what the community thinks about the efficacy of gummies vs traditional pills? Anyone have experience switching?

Great topic! I'm not a mom, but I've done a ton of research for friends. Gummies are definitely more convenient and easier on the stomach, but the sugar content is something to watch. Also, some gummies don't have iron, which is crucial. Any specific brands you're curious about?

I'm all about taste, but also nutrition! I tried a few prenatal gummies and honestly, they taste better than the chalky pills. But I have to check the label – some have a lot of added sugar. I found one with 2g sugar, but it's hard to find. Also, the article mentioned Nature Made gummies – are they any good? Anyone tried them?

To WellnessWendy921: I tried Nature Made prenatals before, but not the gummies. The pills were fine but huge. I switched to gummies because I couldn't swallow them. The gummies are more like candy, so I don't forget to take them. But yes, sugar is a concern. I usually pair it with a low-sugar diet.
