Best probiotic gummies for parents & fitness freaks?
Hey everyone! I'm putting together a little 'health pack' for my dad (68, needs gut help) and my friend (marathon runner, obsessed with recovery). I want to include probiotic gummies. Any brands you swear by? I'm looking for something that actually works, not just sugar. Thanks!

For your fitness friend, look for ones with added prebiotics like Olly's 'Keep it Movin'' - they help with digestion after heavy workouts. Also, check the CFU count… aim for at least 5 billion!
Ive tried a bunch. For the runner, Garden of Life's Dr. Formulated Probiotics are awesome - they have 16 strains and survive stomach acid. For your dad, Nordic Naturals has a great probiotic gummy that's easy on the stomach. Just avoid the ones with a ton of sugar… some are basically candy.
Probiotic gummies are tricky cause heat can kill the cultures. I store mine in the fridge! For a fitness nut, I'd say SmartyPants has a good all-in-one with probiotics + omega-3s. For an older parent, renew Life has a women's or men's 50+ formula (if he's okay with that). Just check if they need refrigeration!
