Hey guys, stumbled on this study about probiotic gummies and gut health. It says they're as effective as capsules. But I'm skeptical - maybe it's funded by the gummy industry? What do you think?

OrangOscar, careful with those gummies - most are full of sugar. If it's sugar-free, maybe it's okay. But I trust capsules more anyway. Let's see the study.

I read that too! It was a small sample, but results were promising. I've been taking probiotic gummies for a month and feel better. But I get the bias concern - gotta check who funded it.

Yeah, I found the DOI. It doesn't say funding in the abstract. I'll dig deeper later. But if they use sugar alcohols or stevia, that might be okay for keto. Thanks for the input!
