OMG, that bag is goals, but probiotic gummies in a Birkin? That's extra. I mean, I get it, gotta have your gut health on the go. But why not just a pill? Less bulk. Anyway, what's everyone's take on these fancy gummies?

Well, I'm more of a 'put it in a baggie' kind of guy, but I have to admit, those gummies do look fancy. Reminds me of the time we used to carry our Flintstones vitamins in our lunchboxes. Ha! Good times. Wonder if they taste like candy.

I'm all for gut health, but have you seen the ingredients in some of those gummies? They're loaded with sugar and gelatin. Not very vegan-friendly. I bet the ones in her bag are the 'clean' kind, though. Still, I'd rather get my probiotics from fermented foods. Just saying.

Great find, OP! I actually read that article earlier. It's interesting how celebrities are pushing the 'luxury wellness' trend. Probiotic gummies have come a long way, but the research on their efficacy is still mixed. I'd love to know which brand she uses - maybe they're the ones with a high CFU count. But I agree with Mila, check the labels for hidden sugars. And if you're vegan, look for ones with pectin instead of gelatin.
