Hey all! So I've been taking these probiotic gummies for a while, and they're great, but I'm a huge coffee person. I'm wondering if I can take them with my morning coffee or if that kills the probiotics? I've heard conflicting things. Any advice?

Honestly, the heat from the coffee can potentially kill some probiotic strains, but it's not the end of the world. Most gummies are designed to survive stomach acid, so a warm beverage might not completely ruin them. I'd say take them with a glass of room temp water and wait like 30 mins before your coffee for best results. But I'm a med student, not a doc, so just my 2 cents!

I totally get the coffee thing! I do yoga and sometimes I have a green smoothie with probiotics. But for coffee, I'd honestly just take the gummy with my coffee. I read somewhere that it's fine, just maybe not as potent. I mean, probiotics are living things, so why stress them out? Haha. I take them with a little water, then sip my coffee slowly. Works for me!

Yeah, it's all about timing. If you really want the full benefit, give it some space. But if you're just doing it for overall gut health, it's not a big deal. Also, check if your specific probiotic strain is heat-sensitive. Some are more resilient than others. BTW, what brand are you using?

Thanks for the tips! I'm using the 'GutHealth+' gummies. I'll try the wait-a-bit method. I just love my morning coffee routine, but I don't want to waste my gummies. Appreciate the help!
