New study on Lactobacillus in gummies – legit or hype?

Hey everyone! I just came across a study (PMID: 34567890) that says Lactobacillus acidophilus in gummy form has similar efficacy to capsules. Sounds promising, but it's from a company that makes the gummies. Think it's biased? 🤔

Oh great, another study funded by the same folks selling the product. I'd take it with a grain of salt. But if the bacteria survive the process, maybe there's something to it. 🤷

I've been taking probiotic gummies for months and definitely feel less bloated. Placebo or not, works for me. The study sounds sus but I'd try them anyway.

Look at the sample size and who funded it. If it's small and industry-funded, it's basically an ad. But if the journal is legit, maybe it's not total BS. Link the full article?
